Welcome to my shop! By placing an order with me, you agree to the following terms and policies regarding your purchase.

1. Return & Refund Policy

Because each mythical creature is meticulously handcrafted per our agreed upon details, all sales ARE FINAL. I am unable to accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges if you change your mind after a purchase has been made. 

Please review all product descriptions, dimensions and photos carefully before completing your order. 

       2. Damaged or Defective Items

I want your new companion to arrive safely! In the rare event that your item is damaged during its journey, I will gladly make it right with a repair (if possible), replacement or store credit. 

To qualify for a resolution, you must meet the following criteria:

Timeframe: You must contact me within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp provided by the tracking carrier.

Required Proof: Your email must include clear photos of both the damaged product and the original shipping packaging (including the box and wrapping.)

       3. Shipping & Delivery

Processing Times: Handcrafted items take time to prepare. Please refer to the individual product page for current processing and shipping windows. 

Carrier Delays: Once a package is handed over to the postal carrier, I am not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, or postal volume.

Lost or Stolen Packages: I am not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier that go missing. I highly recommend shipping to a secure location. 

        4. Handmade Variation Disclaimer

Every item is individually handmade. All details of the product are discussed and agreed upon with you (the customer) and me prior to beginning the project. You will be kept updated throughout the creation process with photos and frequent texts/emails about the progress.  I welcome all questions and concerns via TEXT. I make a concerted effort to return your concern the same day.
